The meeting of the Tatarstan regional branch of “United Russia” party chaired by Tatarstan Parliament Speaker, Secretary of the United Russia regional political council Farid Mukhametshin was held today on May 23 in Kazan.
Discussion of the regional party project “Civic University – Idel” was on the agenda. Members of the council took a decision to launch the project in the Republic of Tatarstan.
The project “Civic University – Idel” is implemented within the framework of the federal party project “Civic University” aimed at improving professional level of political and public figures. The project carried out with the help of Kazan (Volga) Federal University is financed by the Tatarstan regional branch of the party “United Russia”.
The objective of the project is creation of Tatarstan regional system of party education, practical training of the politically motivated young people, party activists, representatives of public associations and allied organizations cooperating with the party.
An agreement on cooperation of Tatarstan regional branch of the party “United Russia” and Kazan (Volga) Federal University was signed today at the meeting of the regional council.
It is planned that over 120 people will pass the training. The launch of the project and the first session is scheduled for May 31, 2013. The second and third sessions will be held in September and October 2013 respectively.
