The second half of the fourth session of the RT State Council will be held on December 24. The election of judges of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Tatarstan, 29 questions, including 12 bills of national laws are on the agenda.
Question of “Strategic planning in the Republic of Tatarstan” will be given first reading. Representatives of “non-parliamentary parties” are invited to discuss the document. Secretary of the RT State Council Lilia Mavrina reminded that in accordance with the Federal Law “On political parties”, representatives of non-parliamentary political parties once a year have the right to participate in the sessions of the republican parliament. Invitations to participate in the session of the parliament will be sent to all 64 parties registered in the republic.
The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan will present a report on implementation of education development programs in our republic. During “Government hour” parliamentarians will listen to the information of the Government “On the results and prospects of the state program on energy conservation and energy efficiency in the Republic of Tatarstan for 2014 - 2020 years”.
2 parliamentary committees on economics, investment and business and on ecology, nature management and agro and food policy will create an Expert Council to improve the quality of bills.
