Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan Farid Mukhametshin was awarded the Jubilee Medal “20 Years of the Federation Council.”
In connection with the 20th anniversary of the Federation Council of the Russian Federation the Head of Tatarstan Parliament received and Award for outstanding contribution to the development of Russian legislation an active parliamentary involvement.
