Farid Mukhametshin told his colleagues about economic development, political situation of the republic, as well as the structure of the Tatarstan State Council and its forms of work.

The Agreement provides for the development of inter-parliamentary relations between the two regions, which includes establishment and development of direct business contacts between parliamentarians, standing committees and commissions, exchange of laws and bills, methodological and other materials. The Agreement is also aimed at expanding cultural ties and contacts between ethno-cultural community organizations and associations of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous District - Yugra.

“The agreement opens up new opportunities for further expansion of cooperation in the fields of legislation, state-building, local government. We agreed to expand cooperation in the fields of culture, education and science,” Farid Mukhametshin said.
