Parliamentarians of Volga region studied Mari El experience |

At the 50th jubilee meeting of the Volga Region Association of legislative bodies of state power the Russian Federation regions parliament leaders considered issues of legal regulation of vehicles passage and stop in greenspaces administrative accountability, housing and communal services, and regional cultural potential development. The meeting took place in Yoshkar-Ola under the presidency of Association coordinator, chairman of the Tatarstan State Council Farid Mukhametshin.

Farid Mukhametshin distinguished at international level |

The awarding ceremony took place on March 28 in the Palace of Europe in Strasbourg. Chairman of the Tatarstan State Council Farid Mukhametshin was awarded with the Medal of the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of the Council of Europe and conferred the title of Honorary member of the Congress.

Chinese Communists met with "United Russia" activists |

The Central Committee of the Communist party of China at the meeting was presented by head of the international Department Song Tao and Chinese Ambassador to Russia Li Hui. The meeting was held at the regional Executive Committee of United Russia.

Farid Mukhametshin took part in Presidium of Legislators’ Council |

On March 13, Chairman of the Tatarstan State Council Farid Mukhametshin took part in the meeting of the Presidium of the Council of Legislators in the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of Russia. Parliamentarians discussed legislative provision of social support for disabled people, in particular to ensure their technical means of rehabilitation. The legislators also considered the results of the working group established by the Commission of the Council of Legislators on issues of economic and industrial policy, which was engaged in the development of proposals on improvement of legislation in the field of procurements.
