Today Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan, Secretary of the Tatarstan branch of the United Russia faction Farid Mukhametshin met with First Vice-Chairman of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, Secretary of the General Council of the United Russia party Andrey Turchak. Head of the Central Election Commission of United Russia Alexander Sidyakin also took part in the meeting, which was held in the republican parliament.

Parliaments of Tatarstan and Tyva signed Agreement on Cooperation |

Today Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan Farid Mukhametshin and Chairman of the Great Khural (parliament) of the Republic of Tyva Kan-ool Davaa signed an Agreement on Cooperation between the legislative bodies of the two republics. The ceremony was held in Tatarstan parliament.

Farid Mukhametshin: Only close interstate cooperation can solve global problems |

Today challenges can be effectively resolved only through close interaction of states and peoples. This was stated today by Chairman of the State Council of Tatarstan, Honorary Member of the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of the Council of Europe Farid Mukhametshin at a meeting of the Chamber of Regions held in the framework of the 40th session of the Congress. The meeting was held remotely, due to the current COVID-19 health crisis.

Farid Mukhametshin: partnership between Tatarstan and Yakutia is prospective |

It is necessary to intensify bilateral contacts between the legislators of Tatarstan and Yakutia, to find new forms of collaboration on the basis of the previously signed Agreement on inter-parliamentary cooperation, said Chairman of the State Council of Tatarstan Farid Mukhametshin at a meeting with parliamentarians of the State Assembly (Il Tumen) of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). The meeting was held in the republican parliament within the framework of the official visit of the delegation of Yakutia to Tatarstan led by head of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) Aisen Nikolaev.
